Dave Winer has an ability to clear out a room.

His hatred of anyone who disagrees with him is well known and, unfortunately, tolerated. This is mainly because he invented RSS.

But in a world of “what have you done for me lately”, Dave pales in comparison to many other achievers of our time. Instead, Dave wastes his time creating silly scripts that do silly things like waste Comcast bandwidth, then gets upset when he is punished for it.

If anyone deserves to be on this list, it’s Dave Winer.
